WARRANTY POLICY

Timberline Chainsaw Sharpener Lifetime Warranty guarantees its product against defects due to faulty materials or workmanship. If a product is defective, send it to us and we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover the carbide, which is an expendable part that can wear out from normal use and may be purchased separately.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Returns must be within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returns not in new condition or missing parts and or packaging will be inspected and refunded accordingly. Returns can be sent to our mailing address:

CANCELLATION  POLICY

Timberline Chainsaw Sharpener is dedicated to providing superior customer service to all of our customers. We strive to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact as soon as possible. Most items ship within 24 hours from our Idaho warehouse.  It is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

Your order begins processing immediately after you click “Submit Order” During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. If you have changed your mind about the order and it is too late to cancel, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with our return policy.
